Azure Well-Architected Review
Azure, scored against all five pillars, not a checklist.
Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework is the gold standard for cloud architecture across five pillars: reliability, security, cost optimization, operational excellence, and performance efficiency. Our 4-week review scores your Azure environment against all five and delivers a prioritized remediation roadmap.
A scored Azure estate, four deliverables deep.

What does an Azure Well-Architected Review include?
A scored evaluation of your Azure estate against all five Well-Architected pillars, delivered as four artifacts: a five-pillar assessment report, a security and compliance review, a cost and reliability analysis, and a prioritized remediation roadmap with 30-day, 90-day and six-month horizons.
How long does an Azure Well-Architected Review take?
Four weeks from scoping to executive readout. Week one is discovery, weeks two and three are the five-pillar assessment, week four is the readout. Scope is locked at kickoff.
What are the five Well-Architected pillars?
Reliability, security, cost optimization, operational excellence, and performance efficiency. All five are scored against your live estate rather than assessed in the abstract.
How is this different from running Azure Advisor?
Azure Advisor is a free, automated service that surfaces resource-level recommendations continuously. A Well-Architected Review is a point-in-time human assessment of architecture decisions, and it uses Advisor output as one input among several. Advisor tells you what is misconfigured; the review tells you what to fix first and what to skip.
Can Microsoft fund the engagement?
Qualifying engagements can be nominated for Microsoft Azure investment funding through ArchitectNow's AI Apps on Microsoft Azure specialization, subject to Microsoft eligibility and approval. ArchitectNow handles the application.
What access do you need to our Azure environment?
Read-level access to the subscriptions in scope, plus Cost Management read access and Microsoft Entra ID directory read for the identity portion. Scope is agreed before kickoff.
