Job Description

As a Technical Delivery Manager at ArchitectNow, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients, internal development teams, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of complex technology projects. You will be responsible for turning business requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring smooth project execution, and driving alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities


Project & Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects related to AI, cloud services, and software solutions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal developers, and business leadership.
  • Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables align with business and client needs.


Agile & Scrum Process Management

  • Act as Scrum Product Owner for select clients, projects, and teams.
  • Define and manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint priorities to ensure development teams stay on track.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.


Client Engagement & Business Analysis

  • Lead customer discussions, requirements gathering, and strategic planning.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven, cloud-native solutions.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed with clear project updates, documentation, and reporting.


Technical Execution & Team Coordination

  • Work with technical architects, engineers, and cloud specialists to ensure optimal technology decisions.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft-focused teams to leverage Azure, Power Platform, AI, and security best practices.
  • Monitor resource allocation and team utilization to optimize delivery across multiple initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of project management, process coordination, or product ownership experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery processes.
  • Experience leading customer engagements and gathering technical and business requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for documentation and reporting.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and conflict resolution skills.


Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and backlog management.
  • SCRUM certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.).
  • Business analysis experience supporting client initiatives.
  • Experience in AI-driven solutions, cloud computing, or Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
  • Previous consulting or customer-facing experience.
